None of them fixes my issue. I do not get the green boot animation. It is the white boot animation. The green boot animation is for the Xbox One which I do not have.

If you read in my first response, you will see that my work colleague tried my account on his three consoles and on each console, customisation works fine. Customisation on my previous three consoles were ok so the console itself is the cause.
